Reflexology

Specific pressure points are massaged and pressed on the feet. These areas correspond to organs, bones and neurological pathways in the body known as reflex points. Circulation of the blood and the lymphatic system are stimulated  along with the nervous system, endocrine and excretory systems of the body.

Designed to improve your circulation whilst promoting relaxation by soothing tight, sore muscles on the body. This is great for people who may have overdone it at the gym or had a particularly stressful week. Reducing muscle tension allows pain to ease.

Lava shells are self heating. Beneficial for clients who have pain and discomfort caused by arthritic joints and for those who have limited movement caused by muscle tightness and over-use. Lava shells release a combination of natural minerals including algae ,sea kelp and dead sea salt.
