Aromatherapy Massage
Beneficial for many reasons including relaxation, pain management, improving mood and well being. It’s very focused on your emotional well being and the essential oils blended for you are chosen to address your needs at the time.

Indian Head Massage
It uses and adapts classic massage techniques to treat the shoulders, neck, upper-arms, scalp and can incorporate acupressure points on the face. It is extremely effective in treating stress as it works on those areas most affected by tension and stress. Although the treatment does not include massage of the whole body its effects are felt throughout the mind and body.

Swedish Massage
The goal of Swedish massage is to improve your circulation whilst promoting relaxation by soothing tight, sore muscles on the body. It is different from a deep tissue massage in that the techniques are chosen to work on specific muscle groups which may be prone to pain.

Zone Face Lift

Reflexology
Reflexology is a safe holistic therapy. It will restore the body’s natural balance and assist with treating a stressed body and mind restoring equilibrium. Specific pressure points are massaged and pressed on the feet. These areas correspond to organs, bones and neurological pathways in the body known as reflex points.
